Program Description:

Through school-based and work site-based components, LFL increases educational preparedness by using age appropriate, grade specific lesson plans and positive role models from the community to reinforce lessons and improve the rate at which youth stay in school. A work site component engages students with caring adults who serve as career mentors at their place of business.
